In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dk444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the dk444 online gaming platform operated at dk444.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by dk444, including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games, or using support services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and age verification on the dk444 platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's dk444 account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports betting market, casino game, live dealer game, slot, or any other gaming product available on the dk444 platform.
• "Sports Betting" means the section of dk444 offering fixed-odds wagering on sporting events including but not limited to cricket, football, UFC, and tennis.
• "Casino Games" means live dealer games, RNG table games, slot machines, crash games, and any other gaming content available in the dk444 Casino section of the platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the dk444 platform for all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by dk444 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds prior to processing certain withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary by dk444.

By accessing the dk444 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dk444. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dk444 platform and close your Account if one exists.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

To register an Account and use the dk444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. dk444 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement without exception. Providing false information regarding your age is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or partnerships may not register accounts on dk444.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with dk444 or any connected gaming platform.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be accessing dk444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm your local legal position before registering.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. dk444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided.

dk444 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons. Approval of an account registration does not waive dk444's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close accounts found to be non-compliant.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the dk444 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended immediately and associated balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account using correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of who actually conducted the activity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify dk444 support immediately via live chat or email. dk444 may freeze your Account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received by our support team.

dk444 may, at its sole discretion, request additional identity documentation at any time. This may include but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or evidence of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawal requests.

All financial transactions on dk444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dk444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges which dk444 has no control over.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and IBFT/online banking. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers are credited within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method on the dk444 cashier page. dk444 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification procedures. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds credited as Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. dk444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations. In such cases, affected Players will be notified and the matter resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

You must not use the dk444 platform as a payment transfer mechanism. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in account closure.

All sports bets placed on dk444 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport, competition, and betting type. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting market on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the dk444 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, odds changes during placement, or system errors are not valid and no liability attaches to dk444 in respect of such unconfirmed wagers.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds on dk444 are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. dk444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. dk444 accepts no liability for delays in odds updates caused by data feed interruptions from third-party providers.

Settlement: Sports bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. dk444 will use widely recognised and publicly available official sources to determine outcomes. Results confirmed by the governing body stand for settlement purposes even if subsequently amended. dk444 reserves the right to delay settlement pending clarification of disputed results.

Obvious Errors: dk444 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly erroneous due to technical or human error. An erroneous price is defined as one that differs materially from the true market price at the time of bet placement. Affected stakes will be returned.

All casino and live dealer games available on dk444 are subject to individual game rules published within each game's interface. These rules govern gameplay, payout structures, return-to-player percentages, and special feature mechanics. By participating in any game, you accept the rules of that game as displayed.

RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) based games on dk444 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win products — use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and verified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The RNG operates independently of any player action or account status.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments with real croupiers conducting gameplay in real time. The result of each live game round is final once the dealer confirms the outcome. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not void completed outcomes — if a round reached a decisive result before disconnection, that result stands.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, or display anomalies — any affected game round will be voided and stakes returned. dk444 does not honour payouts generated as a result of a game malfunction.

Game Availability: dk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or game category from the platform at any time without prior notice. No compensation is payable to Players in connection with game unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or regulatory requirements.

dk444 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is announced. These general provisions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with dk444 at the time the bonus is credited.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings generated from them cannot be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonus credits may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games or markets will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Multiple bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, and structured exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in all bonuses being voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account closed.
• dk444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a bonus will complete their current wagering requirement under the terms applicable at the time of activation.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the expiry time will be removed from the account automatically.

dk444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. dk444 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Players may, at any time, access the following self-management tools directly from their Account settings without requiring support assistance:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum PKR amounts depositable per day, week, or calendar month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net losses per session or per week, after which the account is automatically paused for the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous playing time with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, deposits and betting are blocked. Existing balances are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your dk444 account. This option is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period specified and cannot be shortened at a Player's own request.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the dk444 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with dk444.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Allowing or facilitating another person to access or use your Account, whether for their own benefit or otherwise.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the dk444 platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, technical error, or vulnerability in the dk444 platform — whether in the betting system, casino games, or cashier functionality.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, bonus abuse, arbitrage exploitation, or systematic extraction of promotional value in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gameplay.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade financial reporting requirements, or using dk444 for any financial activity connected to criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts, platform backend systems, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.
• Interfering with the integrity of any sporting event on which betting markets are offered — including any activity that could constitute match-fixing, spot-fixing, or related offences.
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the dk444 platform — including but not limited to the dk444 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of dk444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any dk444 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any dk444 software;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect any data, odds, or content from the dk444 platform;
• Create derivative works based on any dk444 content without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of dk444 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access licence and may expose you to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk444 excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the platform, its availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, and freedom from errors.

dk444 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the dk444 platform or any gaming service;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events outside dk444's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement arising from third-party data provider failures;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials;
• Any action taken by dk444 in good faith in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering, or policy violations.

In any event, dk444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your dk444 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any point;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Account is subject to a regulatory investigation, legal hold, or court order;
• dk444 is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory requirement, or licensing obligation;
• The Player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct in connection with the platform;
• The Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to access the platform during the exclusion period.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting dk444 support via live chat. Upon Account closure at your request, any withdrawable balance remaining in your Account will be processed for return to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be removed upon closure.

dk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to platform products or features, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes in dk444's operational policies.

When material amendments are made, dk444 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections or formatting changes — may be made without individual notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at dk444.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the dk444 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. In such circumstances, any withdrawable balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dk444 holds its international online gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and dk444, you should first contact the dk444 support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. dk444 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support procedures, dk444 will provide details of the applicable independent dispute resolution mechanism available under our licensing regime. Players who are not satisfied with dk444's internal resolution process have the right to escalate their complaint through this independent channel.

All disputes regarding the outcome of games or bets must be raised within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. Claims raised outside this period may be rejected without further investigation.
